Description
One litre of MGT 28 can treat up to 15 m2 based on two coats applied. MGT 28 is a solvent-free water-based, full saturation water-and-oil repellent sealer for sandstone, marble, granite, natural stone or concrete agglomerates and other matt surfaces with sandblasted, flamed, honed, brushed, saw cut, natural split etc. finish. MGT 28 does not change the natural colour of the material where it is applied on. It penetrates the porosity of the stone without surface residues and does not turn yellow. Protects the surfaces from substances like oil, coffee, grease, dirt, most wines and offers good protection against writings, sprays or paints if applied in 3 coats. Specific for kitchen countertops, tables, floors, and cladding.

Application Method:
Ready to use product; do not dilute. Apply MGT 28 directly onto the clean surface, dry or wet but aspirated. Spread out evenly with circular motions using a suitable mop, cloth, sponge, or microfibres. Depending on the absorption apply 2 or 3 coats leaving 3 – 4 hours from one application to the other. In case of very rough or porous surfaces apply with a low-pressure sprayer and spread it out evenly with a long pile microfibre cloth or a brush. (See application accessories). Allow to dry before walking on the surface. Once dry apply MGT 5 for a stronger anti-dirt and foot traffic protection especially if the surface is very porous. The surface can be washed and is resistant to stains after 72 hours. For the ordinary maintenance of the treated surface, we recommend the regular use of MGP 24 detergent.
