Description
One litre of MGT H can treat up to 17 m2 with two coats applied. MGT H is a solvent-free water-based, full saturation water-and-oil repellent sealer for sandstone, marble, granite, natural stone, marble or concrete agglomerates and other matt surfaces with finely honed, brushed, leather finish etc. MGT H does not change the natural colour of the material where it is applied on. It penetrates the porosity of the stone without surface residues and does not turn yellow. Protects the surfaces from substances like oil, coffee, grease, dirt, most wines and offers good protection against writings, sprays or paints if applied in 3 coats. Specific for kitchen countertops, tables, floors, and cladding.

Application Method:
Ready to use product; do not dilute. Apply MGT H directly onto the clean surface, dry or wet but aspirated. Spread out evenly with circular motions using a suitable mop, cloths, sponges, or microfibres. Depending on the absorption apply 2 or 3 coats leaving 3 – 4 hours from one application to the other. (See application accessories). Allow to dry before walking on the surface. Once dry apply STONE P for a stronger anti-dirt and foot traffic protection. The surface can be washed and is resistant to stains after 72 hours. For the ordinary maintenance of the treated surface, we recommend the regular use of MGP 24 detergent.
